OBJECTIVE

With continued success in the industry, Himalayan tasked Pure Strategic with improving their online presence for new and prospective customers.

DISCOVERY

In addition to being the creators of The Original® Himalayan dog chew, it became clear that they were much more than a dog treat company. Their humanitarian efforts & commitment to sustainability set them apart from the competition.

STRATEGY

It was decided to formalize all content messaging and provide a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints, internal and external.

TACTICAL EFFORTS

  • Interviewed the Himalayan Pet Supply founder & Chief Marketing Director about the brand’s origin story, operations, & company values.
  • Worked with Vice President of Communications and Marketing VP to formalize new website copy direction, brand voice, messaging, do’s & don’ts, and more for desired audiences.
  • Organized existing assets and new information in brand direction sections that fit Himalayan Pet Supply’s needs.
  • Built out a cohesive brand guidelines document to help inform the look & feel of the new website and any future branded assets.
  • Created a new icon set that was integrated with new packaging.
  • Development and coordinated the web site project migration.
  • Updated information-forward product listings as we transitioned away from e-commerce.
  • Formalized a more comprehensive categorical structure for product listings.
  • Optimized page content, schema, and meta descriptions for increased SEO.

RESULTS

Himalayan Pet Supply now has a cohesive, impactful, and beautiful brand guidelines document incorporating well-crafted, strategic direction and clear, creative messaging. Additionally, they have a new and engaging consumer experience for Himalayan Pet Supply.
