When goals & commitments are accomplished at the end of each quarter, you pay the remaining balance
OUR PERFORMANCE MODEL IS BASED ON ACHIEVEMENT
Your success is our success. Under our Performance Model, 25% of our compensation is based on achieving the goals and follow-through on the commitments.
The initial stage of our partnership involves a comprehensive discovery process, during which we identify your goals and establish clear, realistic measures of success. Once these goals and commitments are defined, we prioritize, weight and link our compensation directly to their accomplishment. We’re so confident in our process that our performance-based compensation is only paid in full when we hit our goals and commitments.
