The initial stage of our partnership involves a comprehensive discovery process, during which we identify your goals and establish clear, realistic measures of success. Once these goals and commitments are defined, we prioritize, weight and link our compensation directly to their accomplishment. We’re so confident in our process that our performance-based compensation is only paid in full when we hit our goals and commitments.
